- The license holder is given freedom only to rent the unit. They can also have a telephone line so that the visitors can contact in case of an emergency. Other than this, the license holders are not allowed to do any service outside the rental area.
- The vacation home rental must be rented out as the whole place and cannot be given for rents partially or as a space for the bed.
- The guest must pay the municipality tax of 10% with AED 10 as the fees for Dubai tourism and for deluxe home, they must pay AED 15 for per night.
- NOC must be obtained mandatory from the owner of the unit stating his approval for the unit.
- The holder of the license must be experienced in the sector of hospitality.
- The DCM will monitor, register and inspect the hotel apartments and holiday homes to comply with the rules and regulations of the government.
- The official registration certificate must be displayed given by the DTCM.
- The licensed property must be maintained properly and regularly.
- The water and electricity must be given to visitors with no extra charge.
- The holder of the license must provide statics and data to the DTCM.
