The little souls cannot be trusted under anyone, so most of them prefer a nursery school to give proper affection and care for the child. And not anyone can start a nursery in Dubai. The nursery should follow certain strict rules and measures to get a proper government license.

To start a nursery in UAE, one has to follow a few steps and they are as follows.
Step 1- Getting Approved from The Education Ministry
- The application form must be completed and submitted.
- A meeting must be attended by the Education Ministry’s representative.
- A soft copy containing the academic plan must be submitted.
- The building must be approved for its safety standards and measures.
Step 2- Approval from the Municipality and Civil Department
- The documents approved from the municipality, relevant authorities and civil defense must be submitted.
- The representatives from the minister of Education will visit the site for the approval of the building.
- An application must be submitted for the approval of the nursery manager.
- Get the approval for the Nursery Manager once he/she has been interviewed by the Minister of Education.
Step 3- Get the License from the Economic Development Department
- The department of Economic license must be applied and obtained.
- Apply for the work permit’s staff.
- The staff data must be registered on the system of SIS.
- Permissions must be granted for the advertisements.
- The evacuation plan must be submitted.
- Apply for the last visit for the Minister of Education’s representative to operate the nursery.
Apart from the above steps, one must make sure that the business plan must be submitted. The department will then review and approve the plan. The plan must include leadership, education and care practice, executive summary, curriculum, arrangement for hygiene, safety and health, facilities and resources, financial and marketing plan, management and appendices.
